The Villa has
Fantastic Views over the fishing lake and resort
clubhouse, thus making it the perfect choice for families with
children. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has
a state of the art Dolby Surround Sound music system, giving you
the opportunity to listen to the radio or CDs in every room in
the house and even the pool area.
The Resort of
Aviana is Perfectly Located just off the
1792 and 4 miles from the I-4 exit at Championsgate Golf Resort.
It is perfectly sited for all of the Disney Attractions which
are a ten minute drive away. Other attractions such as Universal
Studios, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet’n’Wild are all within
a 25 min drive. Should you wish to take advantage of Orlando’s
excellent shopping or chill out at the beach these again are
only a short trip from your front door at Aviana. The Villa
sleeps 10 people and is therefore an excellent accommodation
choice for 2 families sharing or a group of friends.

the villa is just a few minutes drive from 2

USPGA as two of the best in America. This makes Villa Nancy the
perfect choice for those fanatical golfers amongst you wanting
the chance to play some of the best courses in the world in the
warm Floridian sunshine. There are another 25 courses within the
Orlando area.
