The villa is built all on one level and has a fantastic view over the fishing lake and resort clubhouse, thus making it the perfect choice for families with children. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has a state of the art Dolby Surround Sound music system, giving you the opportunity to listen to the radio or cd's in every room in the house and even the pool area.

The resort of Aviana is situated off the 1792 & 4 miles from the I-4 exit at Championsgate Golf Resort. It is perfectly sited for all of the Disney Attractions which are a ten minute drive away. Other attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet’n’Wild are all within a 25 min drive. Should you wish to take advantage of Orlando’s excellent shopping or chill out at the beach these again are only a short trip from your front door at Aviana. The Villa sleeps 10 people and is therefore an excellent accommodation choice for 2 families sharing or a group of friends.

For the golfers amongst you the Villa is just across the road from Providence Golf Resort and is 5mins from the Greg Norman designed Champion's Gate Golf Resort which has two golf courses; both of which are rated by the USPGA as two of the best in America. This makes Villa Nancy the perfect choice for those fanatical golfers amongst you wanting the chance to play some of the best courses in the world in the warm Floridian sunshine. However should these courses be too much of a challenge there are another 25 courses within the Orlando area. As the villa can easily sleep 10 people it is ideal for a party of golfers sharing.

The villa is luxuriously decorated to an exceptional standard with comfort and relaxation uppermost in mind. We have went out of our way to make this villa stand out from all the rest by adding a wealth of little personal touches such as a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival, presents under the tree at Xmas and Chocolate eggs at Easter. Our motto is "To treat our guests the way we would like to be treated ourselves."

We have tried to ensure that the children have plenty to do when chilling out at the villa and have a fully equipped games room which includes: Pool table, Football table, Electronic dartboard with safety darts and a selection of family games. For those who want to keep fit in the family we have supplied an exercise bench and ball and a punch bag. Should you wish to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and Lake at Aviana we have two mountain bikes and 4 fishing rods.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security are paramount to us, therefore the villa is fully equipped with an alarm and has safety bars fitted to the patio doors for extra security. There are smoke detectors in every room. To ensure there are no accidents around the pool area we have a child safety screen in place which has to be kept up at all times to adhere to Florida Law. Aviana Resort further benefits from being Gated for extra security. Should any emergencies arise there is a 24 hour emergency number displayed in the villa that can be used if necessary.
